Through conscious, connected breathing techniques, and being in a deep state of consciousness, due to altered brainwave states, you can get out of your mind and into your body. This is where we can transform and release limiting self-beliefs, unexpressed emotional energy, and trauma, making space for new experiences. Each session is unique and tailored to meet you where you are on your journey. When guided safely by a breathwork facilitator, breathwork journeys can help you process and release, bringing you back to your inner self, and heart space.
If you have suffered from chronic stress, anxiety, depression, highly charged emotional events, and trauma, this can leave you feeling like your body/mind system is out of balance, affecting your life in so many ways. Transformation happens through the use of energy generated from your breath within the body to feel and see inside yourself at the deepest level without your mind being able to control it.

Human design is a self-exploration system that draws on traditions like the I-Ching, the Kabbalah, chakras, and astrology. Your human design chart, or bodygraph, is a blueprint of who you are. It reveals information about your personality, tendencies, and energetic aura.
With Human Design you discover what makes you different from everyone else. It offers profound insights into your psychology, along with strategies and techniques for making correct decisions and ultimately leading to a life of more ease and fulfillment.

The session requires up to 3 hours and the guided Breathwork Journey itself is a minimum of 1 hour. It is customised to a groups intention. Possibilities could be for a group of friends, family, or work colleagues. Themes can be as examples: the inner child, a family theme, or performance if in a business group. The maximal participants is up 10 people.
Investment: 599€ for 10 participants in Person, 200€ online
Minimum: 7 people. If required I can arrange a studio in a designated location at the cost of the group.
Human Design is a system used to explore the self using the traditions like the chakras and astrology.
The Human Design Chart is a blueprint of who are. Your personal tendencies, how to make correct decision for your type and your energetic aura.
Once you discover what makes you different to everyone else from a Human Design perspective, it gives you insights into your energy levels, your psychology, along with strategies and techniques for making your life easier.
I will explain and present your basic chart of your human design type. I explain what human design is and how to read your personal chart and your specific design. After the session I will send you a recorded session following the session. The session requires 1-1.5 hours.
Investment: 111€ for a recorded video presentation. 88€ for a printed presentation of your personal Human Design.
A healing and transformative Group Breathwork Journey to more self-love, prioritising is your own well-being, fulfilment, and happiness.

You’ll be guided through a transformative & healing journey through conscious connected breathwork tapping into your self-love. This is a space for safety, unconditional love for yourself, and for self-honesty.
This is your time to go fully and let go of re-connect back to yourself and tap into your innate healing power. Give yourself some time for self-love.
The Workshop will consist of:
- A short summary of the Breathwork, the safety aspects of the Journey, and what to expect
- 5 min. conscious Breathwork practice whilst sitting up that you can take wtih you and for your daily practice if it resonates
- Intuitive movement to music which helps get your energy moving – dancing, shaking, whatever resonates with you
- Journalling to my questions as prompts for the journey and your intentions

Breathwork journeys are profound and have the ability to be deeply transformational experiences. Each journey is unique and personal.

Breathwork is not recommended for people with a personal or family history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness – particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs. Breathwork is not recommended for people with a personal history of mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, drug or alcohol addiction.
How to prepare: An open heart and mind, warm comfortable clothes ideally no restriction around the waist and chest, 1 blanket, water bottle, a pen and journal. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals prior to the session.

Next is the Restorative Breathing Technique, which lasts 20-30 minutes. It slows down your breathing and helps restore your body. During this time, you come back to the present. Both phases are crucial, and I will be guiding you throughout the journey and ensure your safety at all time.
Learn how to access frozen energy, sensations and emotions through activation and restorative breathing techniques, and guided by your breath, naturally release what is holding you back. These methods can potentially detoxify your lungs, alkaline your blood, reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure and tone your vagus nerve to help you regulate your nervous system. You’ll gain deeper understanding of your life situations, enhancing your clarity of thought, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. Expect to experience an uplifting of your mood and natural self-awareness during and after the journey.

Prior to the Journey
I ask you fill out a questionnaire and waiver form that is detailed asking the important information I need to get the most out of your journey and to ensure you are safely guided and supported throughout the journey/s. I will send you an integration form before the journey, and I ask you to read it before the journey so you have a better understanding of how to support yourself for integration.
Upon your arrival or connection on Zoom
We start the session by talking through the Questionnaire in detail, and if there is anything in particular you would like to work through. Allowing me to get a sense of how I can support you in the session/s.
If it is a package we talk through the questionnaire within the first session. Each session following, we discuss the integration process from the previous session, and anything else that is coming up to be felt into.
I discuss the safety, what to expect in the session and in the journey. I answer any questions you may have. We can start with a short EFT practice, or discuss your Human Design prior to a short breathwork Practice.
We then do a short breathwork practice together, which I guide you through. After which I provide you with Journal prompts to write in your journal. The practice can be done sitting up or laying down, and preferably with your eyes shut. Whatever is comfortable for you.
We then do a few minutes of movement, shaking, and toning (releasing sound) before laying down and getting comfortable for the breathwork journey.
Breathwork Journey
Once comfortable and feeling safe with your eyes closed, I have a playlist of music and meditative music playing. The first 45-60 minutes is the activation phase of the journey (where you breath in and out of your mouth). This is where your body is activating the sympathetic nervous system (the fight and flight response) and into an altered state of consciousness, where you can see your self at a much deeper level without the monkey mind taking over. You can see situations from a different perspective.
Throughout the Journey, I may use toning, or tapping, and energy work. I will coach you for the first 5-10 minutes on the proper technique allowing you to get the maximum benefit out of your journey. You are building the energy within your body to transmute your unexpressed emotions, old energy, and all that keeps you stuck. I will being guiding you with sentences, questions, or a visual meditation. None of which you need to answer.
The next phase is the restorative phase where you breath in and out your nose. You are allowing your body to slow down and go into the parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest, the safe zone). You start closing out loops, and integrating from the activation phase. This phase is just as important as the Activation phase, so I invite you to slow down and be present with yourself in this phase, giving yourself the time and care.
After the journey
Once you are fully in the present moment, and have drunk some water. I invite you to either journal or talk about your journey. The following day/s I contact you to ask how you are after the journey. The following week you have the availability to contact me via Whatsapp for any integration question you may have.
A few days after the journey I send you some questions to help with the integration. These are for you to fill out and keep, and are helpful to help with the integration process.
Come with an open heart and mind. Allow yourself to be seen, heard, held and loved.
With each Journey I ask you to wear comfy clothes. Bring warm socks, a blanket or light sheet (if warm weather). A water bottle, a pen and Journal, lip balm, and an eye mask or something to cover your eyes.
Emotional and somatic healing, visual experiences, releasing of energy, emotions and sensations from the Body/mind system, recalling past memories and accessing new perspectives, connecting with spiritual guidance, nervous system regulation, a sense of calm and joy, a deep connection to your self and your inner world.
I can talk to each client or group individually to where the session/s would be held. I have studios in Sonthofen and Munich, Germany where I conduct in-person sessions for community groups. I felt so lovingly received, cared for and protected. Like in a safe container. Dan was totally with me.
